COVIDPASS can only be issused by approved issuers, hospitals and clinics, that meet certain governance criterias to ensure what has been issud digitially can be trusted.
An approved issuer has their own issuer account and they can issue a COVIDPASS to you manually or automatically.
As COVIDPASS is still new, there is a chance some vaccination centers are not approved issuers yet. If that happpens, please contact us in the from below and we will manually work to verify your vaccination so you can receive a COVIDPASS.
